I think you used to have to signup for a rakeback deals through affiliates etc but now most poker networks seem to cover rakeback via loyalty programs.
Pokerstars VIP program for bronzestar is roughly equivalent to 5-8% rakeback, a supernova elite gets something around 25-32% rakeback.
Most rakeback sites will give explain how a networks loyalty program works and give you the equivalent rakeback.
