It doesn't include them in the calculation. If you click the "hand range selection" button again to go to the card matrix page, you can see the complete list of possible combos. If you really want to, you can cut and paste that back into the first page.
e.g. If I copy the range and board texture you mentioned, I see...
AdAh, AdAs, AdAc, KsKc, AcKc, AhQh, KsQs, KcQc, AhJh, KcJc, QdJd, QhJh, QcJc, Ah9h, Qh9h, Jh9h, Ah8h, Jh8h, 9h8h, Ah7h, 9h7h, 8h7h, Ah6h, 8h6h, 7h6h, Ah5h, Kc5c, 7h5h, 6h5h, Ah4h, 6h4h, 5h4h, Ah3h, Ah2h, AdKs, AhKs, AcKs, KsQd, KsQh, KsQc, KcQd, KcQh, KcQs, QdJh, QdJc, QhJd, QhJc, QsJd, QsJh, QsJc, QcJd, QcJh (52 combos) on the card matrix page.
I think the software uses this method so that you can keep one range on the first page and then test it on various flop textures.
