Question regarding making weetarded folds (MUBS?) Question regarding making weetarded folds (MUBS?)

Say, in a hand between 2 generic players, no reads/stats etc, one player raise utg w KK and the other player calls ip w AQ.

Flop comes Q23r, utg bets and player ip flats. this bet & call continues to the river (just take it as small cards dropped on turn and river.)

I am not sure how to address this issue, but sometimes i kinda feel insecure with TPTK facing multistreet aggression. We cant really raise since its a WA/WB situation but theres no other way to find out where u stand. Do we just man up, make the calls and if villain has an overpair then blame it on bad luck; or is it ok to give in to the occasional hero fold?

1st question is why are we flatting an unkown raise from utg w AQ?

this is so "it depends"

it depends on villain, on our image and many other factors. My advice is find some of these hands and maybe posting them with stats and any other relevant info.

This is the best way to learn what to do in these spots

oh sorry, in the above situation i was thinking of 6max. the general question in my mind is that how can we play better in such a situation, is there no way of avoiding paying off a better hand?

it depends on the player...if its a guy who is only putting money in 3 streets with close to a nut hand then u better tighten up your calling range. if he will bet A high for three streets then im calling down and hope i dont hit the top of his range

If playing 6max and an unknown raises UTG I would call with AQ IP. If the flop then comes Q high it is likely I will call 3 streets though it does depend on board texture and bet sizes.

I don't see why flatting is bad here with a/q vs an unknown for all we know he could be a maniac. even with this top pair, you can call flop and turn and then river depending on bet size fold or call is still fine to be honest

6max its fine...i wasnt exactly disagreeing with him, just trying to get him to think about it and know why he's doing it. if hes gonna flat AQ and then question calling down on a dry Q high board then he must not be thinking correctly.
