I have seen ppl saying 2nl, 100nl

i just want to know if im correct or correct me if im wrong.

2nl = 20 cent stake
100 nl = $10 stake
250nl = $25 stake?

ps, when you guys say HERO does that means player that have won hand? when ppl post their hand on here.

im just learning !!

2NL is 1c/2c-blinds, 5NL is 2c/5c-blinds etc.
HERO is the player that posts the hand, VILLAIN the player he played the hand against.
