player #1 has 245K
player #2 has 100K
player #3 has 8k
player 3 on button folds.
SB = player 1
BB = player 2
SB completes blind.
then BB announces he has AA and raises pot.
SB calls flop comes KK9 rest of hand is checked down.
BB shows AA and wins hand
should support be notified of this? since player 2 was obviously wanting nothing to do with being knocked out third.

Obviously BB has made an attempt to collude, and SB is NOT at fault here. Presuming he hasnt responded, and as you stated, he lost the hand to 2 Pair Aces and Kings, therefore it doesnt look like he was ever in a position to bet anyway unless it was a bluff, and after hearing what BB said, checking it would be the sensible thing to do. So SB is not at fault.

I would notify support... but I wouldn't expect anything out of it. They'll send an email to the big blind (maybe the small blind too, just for due diligence) telling them that chat like that is not permitted at the table.
