I think so but you would probably have to make a small deposit through your moneybookers account first. I had to do the same thing with my NETELLER after depositing through my bank. Just go through the steps on FullTilt and if it says you can't withdraw to an account you didn't deposit from, just deposit from it first(minimum deposit).
