what does My C all in adjusted mean ?

for example when u are:

My C Won : -5,50
My C AI adjusted : -2,10

i dont understand how this works

In laymen's terms it is 'what you should have won' if you had ran at expectation when you were all in. If you search the PT4 FAQs you will find a detailed explanation of it.

So when its negative like this example i should have lost 3,40 less then i did?

yes, you lost 5.50 but if you had ran at expectation you would have only lost 2.10. i.e. you were 'unlucky' when all-in.
