it can't connect to the database

please make sure you have postgresql running

what os do you have?

if "os" is somting else please tell me what it is

how can i run postgreSQL? i not turn off

ok go to Start -> Run -> type in cmd
in the black box type
net start
see if postgre is listed

not using it at the mo so of limited use sadly but see what it says

type
services.msc

look for the postgre service(s) and if it is not started try to start it
