i was doing some harddrive cleaning and i noticed under my programs that my postgresql has a file size of 105 gb.....is this normal?how the hell does holdem manager use up 105 gb of my harddisk space?

Maybe you have multiple databases? Mine isn't even 100mb with 10k hands so you might need to delete inactive databases for delete any duplicates.

any idea how i can look inside?is it even a program or just a virtual database.

Find a folder called pg_log and delete those files.
I created a shortcut to that folder and clear it out once a week or so.

If you can't find it go to Program Files and go into PostgreSQL and explore that until you find a folder containing log files.
