I have never made a PokerStars account before and I decided to Download the software and make an account, does it matter which site I download it from because I know for FullTilt and other sites you can download the software from a different site because they offer Rakeback or some sort of Promotion with the site, now I know PokerStars does not offer rakeback so does it really matter when I download the software?
