Youtube has videos not sure if you can download them but if you sign up you can stick them in a folder. Coaching sites have videos not sure if you can Download them but I would check those out Good Luck.
Both of those sites save the file as a .flv & you need a flash player to watch them. I'm sure there are programs to convert .flv into .wmv if that is important to you.
