What is a poker theory and does anyone have an example of it? I've heard people talk about it more recently and I've never known what it meant.

Your question is very broad, kedell25. Are you looking for something like The Theory of Continuation Betting....... where a discussion breaks out about all the facets of continuation betting?

Theory is basically thinking about strategy, as opposed to practice which is what you're doing when you play.
