I'm new to the poker tracker software and i'm unaware of what's the meaning of the chart. I don't do great in online but i can't complain i'm being hardly beaten. I play mostly NL25 and i don't rely on Poker for my income. Is there a way you can tell my from this graph what's my current status where do i stand and can i consider myself in the long-term a "profitable" player from only 30k hands i have sample of.

You really need to share stats, not a graph, to get much useful feedback. You can't consider yourself a long-term profitable player from the graph here -- your yellow line, which is more accurate than your green line, is roughly breakeven (in fact, slightly losing) -- which basically shows that you are breakevenish and running very good so far in this sample.

Also, 30k hands is not quite zero but it's really not a significant sample, and especially with a ~0ish winrate at that distance there's basically no way to conclude anything. Unless you're solidly winning or losing, you'll likely need somewhere around 100k hands before you can start drawing any statistical conclusions.
