A big difference you will see is that TPTK (top pair top kicker) on the flop is not an automatic stack-off hand in cash games. It is in STT's because of stack sizes.

So my first bit of advice would be don't play TPTK like they were the stone cold nuts in a cash game when effective started stacks are 100bb (in a single raised pot)

Assuming that you are playing on Stars I would suggest you start at 10NL or 16NL with that bankroll and if you winning comfortably move up to 25NL. The difference between 10NL and 25NL on Stars is pretty noticable imo.

I've also found full ring to be easier as there is less pre flop aggression and more limpers, but only have a pretty small sample as I normally play 6 max. Also seems easier to steal blinds in full ring, but it depends on the player at the end of the day.

You might find that playing with a shortish stack (80bb) helps with the transition, as the hand ranges you play will be similar to the ones you had in tourneys, and post-flop decisions will be easier. You either commit yourself on the flop and jam the turn w/ TP+, or you check-fold.
As you become more accusstomed to cash game play, you can increase your buy-in and also widen your range.
