I'm not sure. Small pots generally indicate that our opponent has lots of weak hands, but big pots generally indicate strong ranges. It would be great to exploit in a big pot, but I think we gotta take what the game is giving us, so to speak. These opportunities to exploit may come often or they may be rare, depending on the cards and the game.

unless head up where you are changing all the time.

in general you probably should just make the play for each hand and street that you think gives you the best result. that will balance you out by itself.

3rd Bump sorry... just a quick question

---

Whats a pseudo GTO strategy? Like is it a mixed strat? How does it relate to pure & mixed strats?

I understand that there is a pure and mixed strat on a daily basis:
pure strategy

A pure strategy is a strategy that specifies exactly how you will play in every situation you could face. In RPS, there are three pure strategies: throw rock, throw paper, or throw scissors.

mixed strategy

A mixed strategy is one which associates some probability with each of the possible pure strategies. For example, in RPS, you could play a mixed strategy by using "throw rock" 60% of the time and using "throw paper" the other 40%. It is a good idea to play a mixed strategy in RPS. It's not as clear that this is necessary to be successful in poker.

Ive been making alot more since playing exploitatively- after alot of lessons. its basically like said, but also consider that you arent gonna win them all.

Throw your money at the bad players, dont let them run the table and get all the fold equity with the worst range. Dont be worried that they suck out sometimes/ seemingly always. The math is in your favor often- dont give up all your equity to lags thinking you need nuts to win.

One has a basic strategy that one adjusts based on opponents and so on. Exploiting is what one is mostly observing but it isnt one's default strategy, just that the exceptions happen up to more often, based on observations, stats and so on.
