It's sports betting.
I don't know if you have access to a variety of sports betting sites but I haven't seen Party Bets with the best price on an event very many times. A quick look and even Bwin looks to have somewhat better value over a miniscule sample of F1 offers.
Just found Skybet had the Phillies for WS at 6-1 and could lay it off on Betfair at 5.6-1 so sweet arb for a few pennies
Party had them at 4-1, make of that what you will.
EDIT: wow you can LAY 4.9-1 Germany Euro 2012 on betfair with Coral going 7-1
