Odds of different situations occurring preflop?

I'm interested in looking at the odds of different situations occurring preflop and I'm wondering if anyone can link me to a thread/website.
For example, the odds of someone having a pocket pair when you have AK preflop or the odds of someone having a lower pocket pair for different medium-high pocket pairs.
Also to figure out the odds of anyone at the table having a specific hand can you just multiply the probability of getting that hand yourself by the number of people at the table.
ie. are the odds of someone having AA at a 9 player table 9*(1/220)=1/25
Thanks
Is this calculation right?
Probability of anyone at the table (9 players ) having a pocket pair preflop = 52/52 * 3/51 * 9 = 52%? So that means almost every second hand someone at the table will have a pocket pair?

Your calcs look correct to me, but ask in the probability forum.
