Since the month is almost over, and I know there are some players done for October.. and many not playing because of Halloween parties or whatever.. time for November's thread. I'll have my results/goals up at the end of the night when I'm done.

Oct. 30/31 and November gogogo!

October i turned $25 into $550 playing only HU SnG's, though it was more ive been just under even for about a week and a half so lost some.

November - $550 into $1500-$2000
Quit SnG's and play cash games aswell as the odd MTT like sunday 1/4 Million.

October I made back the $75 I had lost playing this summer, and finally got back into grinding 5NL. Sitting essentially at $0 lifetime, up from down ~$75.

Goals for November is to put in at least 15-20k hands at 5NL and to maintain a solid winrate while 6-8 tabling up from the 4 I was previously playing. Really looking forward to the new month actually, I have tons of time to put in the volume, just hoping I can stay focused.

Low volume month but did a bit more watching videos and icm/wiz/HEM reviews for the 18 player sngs.

Played 50 sngs made $5. At least its a positive number I guess.

Gamewise: improve postflop, stop making stupid calls at random times for no reason when I am plainly beat!
moneywise: grind away and look to get roll up from current $77ish to around $200+ with aim of depositing on PS for next year.

Did you get a chance to try the 90man ko's at all yet?

Will likely play more tomorrow, but that's so far October. I'm gonna do ONE LIMIT per month, just for the hell of it.

Goal was $250 and 50k hands.

All Nl2:

Volume goal was 20-25 hours a week, I failed. It was more like 10 hours a week
However, I did make $200 playing NL10.

November goal is to move up to NL25 and became a winning player at these stakes, have a BR of $900+ at the end of the month and put in at least 20 hours each week, or 6000 hands.

Still on my to do list. Those and the 45 player games.

I realised I had a few dollars left in my PS account towards the end of the month, so I grinded that up to around $21.

November goals are to grind that up to $70-80 then move up to $5nl.

I surprisingly deposited $100 this month. Turned it into $125 in the past 4 days on 2NL..

November I want to turn that into $200(hopefully much more!) and move up to 5NL.

talk about your bankroll nit lol if you have a good winrate at nl2 over a decent sample why not take a shot a nl5. edit:keep up the good work though

im not posting results/ plans until tomorrow night incase i play some tomorrow which i doubt ill get the chance to do

Enjoy poker again
Exercise more, go for a run 3times per week.

Teach puppy to behave and stop biting my face in morning!

Not even close on the 15-20k hands..but that's a good thing imo
Didn't really play many hands/started recording them too late.. I don't have bodog hand grabber atm, so I'm manually recording my hands and using an excel sheet to keep a running total and calc. my winrate.. so next month I can have a better idea of my winrate at least.

Watched my fair share of dc vids... I've got a schedule set up for myself so that I'll be sure to watch 2-3 each week before classes.

Got hem, with merge converter..then decided to switch to bodog instead of merge

Doing great mentally.. other than tonight's tilt-a-thon for obvious reasons, I haven't tilted all month..and I was great at not playing when I wasn't feeling it.

Started posting hands and talking to others about strat and reviewing my own play, so that's in the works a bit.

I would say I crushed pretty well... not great...but not bad either

- Keep posting in strat forums, post less in beginners

- Keep focusing on poker, trying to improve
- Stick to my study schedule/poker schedule/workout schedule
- 80-100 45man sngs (weekends only), double digit roi (find out if a double digit roi is obtainable in the 45s where's sputum??)
almost forgot one:
- Go the entire month without looking at hem graph, stars cashier or my bodog balance.. unless I really have reason to believe I'm on a big downer or I'm ready to move up.

Next months goals are to put in atleast 10k hands and to move up to 50nl. Also want to reach Silver star in Stars. That is if I haven't moved over to FTP for the rakeback.

October Results: A pretty crappy month, but still made some money. A good October 30th prolly saved my month. Winnings, a lil over 5k.

1) re-opened one of ipoker sites, so play cash exclusively there this month
2) play at least 10k cash hands
3) finally break-even at 10nl, and start turning a profit
4) actually read some of the threads i've subscribed to.
5) watch a few vids from pokertrikz

not really limited to november, but find some other forums to live in as well as bf. started to realise last month just how big 2+2 actually is!
