Ive been trying to work on my note taking template for a while now and thought i would bring it to you guys for advice on any way to improve it.

i have my notepad set up like this next to me so while watching the play i can easy take notes and find them. then once proven or really note worthy i tag it on player on the on-line notes

raise sizes
showdown

and so on, the numbers are just the players to left of me so from 1 around.
in tendencies i put things like limps limp calls check raises an so on
raise sizes how much they raise from each position. And with showdown if i see them showdown i put down what and quick backstory of how they got there.
then if i find patterns from this i try exploit them and also add them online so they saved for easy access on said player.

any thoughts on improving this, would love things make me think harder so my mind doesnt wonder or better things i could be looking for to exploit.
