Hey guys,
I probably missed it, but I wasn't sure where to introduce myself. I've been playing poker for about 6 or 7 years, semi-seriously for the past 3 or 4. Overall, i'm a winning player, and my long term goal is to play professionally, but I've realized I have a long way to go. I want to put in the time and effort, and hopefully it'll all pay off in the end.

The 'Beginners' forum is actually populated with a whole range of players, from true beginners to old hands. I think we can all learn a thing or two here, and maybe help someone else learn a thing or two while we're at it. Welcome, and good luck!
