I'm assuming skill of players increases with limits, what are the rough limits I'm gonna see:
--Casuals (drinking)
--Enthusiasts (not drinking)
--Semi-pro
--Pro
In both Las Vegas casinos and WSOP.
Also what are the most popular websites for online play?
While learning should I focus more on the cards (ranges) or opponents (psychology)?

Live NL you'll find really fishy games at 1/2 and 2/5. The 2/5 and 5/10 PLO live games are fish fests as well. From my experience, 5/10 is where you encounter FT pros who actually know what they're doing.
Online is a LOT tougher. You'll find some of the best players in the world playing 500z. Micros and SSNL are pretty nitty too nowadays but you can still bumhunt to some degree.
But IMO if you want to make $ play live. If you want to be skilled, play online.

I went and played last night at the Nugget and I was definitely surprised at some of the hands I saw people playing.
Although with only five players at a table I probably shouldn't keep waiting for pocket aces to play a hand. I was just trying to take it all in, it went so much faster than I expected.
I think I'm gonna try and learn limit live, though, as a total newbie it'd be really easy to bully me because I really don't want to / don't know when to shove.

Don't tell anyone but the GN has some of the best low limit NL around.
