Before I started playing on Ignition Casino and Bovado before that, I went on line to see if they were safe, and if I could get paid if I won, and got generally good revues. I also asked a couple of poker players and got the same positive response.. that you could get paid within a week or two. Over the 4 to 5 years I made literally hundreds of small deposits totally about $ 15K minimum. During the time, the total number of withdrawals I made were.. Zero! Lets not think about what that means as far as what kind player I am.
So I finally had enough in my account to make a small withdrawal . Oh Boy I am going to get some money back. I would like to make the following story shorter but don't know how. As it is, for each step I am leaving out a coupe of hours worth of phone calls and email back and forth with the Ignition Customer Service.

Problem 1
I had to pay the a lady at my Mail Box etc place $10 because it took her about 20 minutes to figure out how to send the documents needed because I am Old. A few days later I found out it was in the wrong format and paid a young lady $5 for the 15 minutes it took to convert my scanned documents to PDF form. Finally on Oct. 8th they sent the conformation that my withdrawal was approved and would receive my check in about 10 days. I got it in 16 days. But oh boy I got my check!

Problem 2
The check was from Canada and my bank said that it would take 45 days minimum to for the check to clear. I tried some check cashing places and they wouldn't touch it, so I returned to my bank and deposited it. They said that there would be an additional (hefty) fee from the bank and the check processors. Oh boy I am going to get my money in just 45 days..

Problem 3 Would you believe it.. The Check Bounced!! My bank said they could not process checks from that account.
Which was one of the made up companies that they used to receive and send money, so that no one knows it is a Casino etc.. I had to send scanned copies of the canceled check to Ignition, and said they would return the money to my account. I am still waiting.

I was so much happier when I was losing! At least I thought that if I ever did win I could get my money. So even if they return my money to the account, it is like I am playing on a free money sight as I can never get paid. It is like the Hotel California, I can send them all the deposit as I like , but my money can never leave!

PS #1 One solution they suggested is to use Bit Coin. Well I spent about 30 minutes with one Ignition customer rep and 20 more minutes with another trying to set up an account with one of the Bit Coin sights in vain. With only one of them was I successful in setting up an account, only to find out at the end that they don't accept customers from the state of Texas!

PS # 2 By the way if I did try to make another withdrawal in 90 days they would charge me $100 of the money I am never going to get anyway! And this is from one of the Safe Sights. They keep telling me my $ is safe.. Yeah safe from me.

thanks for the help, I will. though don't you think the customer service people at Ignition should have been able to do this? like i said, in almost an hour on the phone following there instructions and got nothing...

I cashed out with a check and got it and cashed within 2weeks.
