NETELLER made a business decision to stop providing service using Live Chat as of March 2010.
We are committed to providing the best possible service to our members. After much consideration we realized that chat simply did not effectively serve our members' needs. We recognize that many of you appreciated speaking with us directly via chat. Unfortunately, our internal security policies, meant to protect your information and privacy, prevented us from helping you effectively via chat. Typically, we could answer simple questions on chat, but for everything else, we had to ask you to email another department, or call you on the telephone to truly help you out. We felt this was inefficient and unfair to you, our members.
By using telephone, callback requests, or submitting your questions online using Email Support, you can have your question go to the right place every time with a lot less waiting, and we can respond to your emails and calls much faster than ever before.
