how many would you play if i did not over heat?

I take you play sit & goes?

i would just stick to what you and your computer can handle within a good win rate.

ty for your reply. I have played this many before, is not a problem .. but i never clicked task manager to see how much memory it was taking up. I am going to buy a new computer soon, I just wondered what people on here who do multitable would recommend.

From my experience (I don't mass table, but often run multiple applications), some clients take up much more memory than others - Stars was the best, followed by Party, but the Black Chip Poker client is a relative resource hog. Are you running other programs at the same time? I often close iTunes and Firefox before starting a session because they use up loads of resources.

Good luck.

Wow, never heard that mass-tabling can overheat the pc.
I was playing 20 tables maximum, and my pc didnt have any problems at all.
I think if you get something state-of-the-art you shouldnt have any problems at all, stars is not really resource-eating afaik. Just dont buy the all-in-one pcs you get at the supermarket, lol - you know, the ones that are all set-up for you. Better buy all the parts online, and build a solid pc. Im sure you know someone who is good with pcs if you dont know how to put all the parts together. If you have any questions about particular components, feel free to pm me

Lol, 35 tables is probz enough.. Hard to believe that 35+ is anywhere near your top $/hour though
