Multi-tabling: is this basically waiting for "premium" hands and then playing "fit-or-fold"?

Occasionally I see long threads discussing only one hand (with 20+ posts), and even the experts can't agree on the best line for one hand.
Then I hear of people multi-tabling 16-24 tables - I just can't believe there's any "deep" analysis going on there.
(BTW when I said "premium", I include the better implied-odds hands like 77+ & QJs-98s)

For example, watch popular twitch streamers. They playing 5-6 tables with normal range and they analyzing hands out loud, they bluffing, they chatting. 16-24 tables is very extreme mode and its not for many players so you shouldn't focus on that right away.

There isn't analysis when playing 20 tables as people only did that to be nitbots, break even and live off rakeback which is a dead model. Better to play <10 tables and profit through actual thinking, you can even get the same volumes through Zoom etc where you still have time to think, just not wasting time waiting in the 60%+ hands where you don't

if you have played five million hands then you can make reasonably good decisions in half a second
