You SHOULD be playing your bluffs and your monsters exactly the same. If you can’t tell whether someone is bluffing or has a monster, then they are playing pretty well. If you play bluffs weakly and monsters strongly, then observant opponents will quickly catch on and fold to your strong play and call when you act weak.
Some try the opposite tack and try to be deceptive and play weak with monsters and strong with bluffs. Again that is easily exploitable by good players.
