Villain is 41/28 and folding to all 3bets, and more generally seems to fold to aggression.

I'm missing a ton of value with strong hands when I'm playing out of position and not preflop aggressor - please could you give me some ideas as to the lines I could be taking here.

I take lines for value according to my opp. tendencies generally and i try to balance those lines that i take for value the best i can with other parts of my range until my opp. adjusts.
I guess if an opp. has/takes an unbalanced line that is weak/not many nutted hands you can exploit that by taking a balanced line versus it...

Step 1: Take a line for value. See if you get paid off or not on your monster
Step 2a: If you get folds, then start using the line as a bluff occasionally
Step 2b: If you get the value, keep using the line for value until you start getting folds. Then proceed to 2a

3-bet pre. Even if both villains fold, that's 4bb of profit right there. AQ does not win at 400bb/100 on average, so taking down the pot pre-flop is a great result. (If you picked up 4bb every time you had AQ, you'd be crushing the game).

As played is OK, but you could also check the river. It's pretty hard for villain to ever call with worse when you bet, but he might make a suicidal bluff.
An alternative line features a flop donk, but I don't generally do that much.

You kind of have to accept that when you play OOP, you generally get one street of value less than you would with the same hand IP. I'm pretty happy if I get 2 streets of value with top pair even when in position, so 1 to 2 streets OOP is pretty good. When you're in the blinds, your aim is really to just do better than you would by folding. Playing this hand added 8bb to your stack. That's a LOT better than losing 0.5bb.

3bet pre then bet/bet/jam would be the best line here.

As played there's not much else you can do. You should bet river IMO since plenty will nitcheck back the turn because of the flush card, but will sigh call the river when you lead.

Missing value is one of the reasons that playing OOP sucks. It's a feature, not a bug.

3B pre unless villain only raises AK+.

As played river bet seems way too big IMO if you're expecting a call.

If opponent folds to all 3bets you should 3bet with a strong hands to win pot instantly. And in generally you should play aggressively to press opponents to cause erroneous actions.

    FYP

Seriously, if villain is steal/folding to 3bet a lot you should be 3betting a lot irrespective of your holding. At least until villain adjusts.
