Can anyone tell me the percentage of playable hands one normally loses? Of all the hands I play I must lose at least 95% of them.

What types of hands are you playing?

The percent doesn't matter because the objective of poker is not to win hands. The objective is to win money. There are ways to do that losing more hands than you win, or winning more hands than you lose.

Can't do it if you're constantly losing to players staying in no matter how much you raise, only to catch a straight every damn time. Can't do it if every time you get a K an Ace shows up. Can't do it if your two pair is beaten by a better two pair every time. Can't do it if your pock aces loses to trips every time. Can't do it if your blinds are always a 7 and under. Can't do it if you constantly get deuces in the late position. Can't do it if someone calls your bluff everytime.

Very frustrating!

FORTY PERCENT!???? That would be incredible to experience. As it stands now, I can't even match a suit on the flop, much less a number.

lol

What stakes do you play and where? Full-ring or 6max?

It seems to me, and please don't take offense, that your fundamentals might be wrong and that you're being results-oriented.

Poker isn't about winning every time, it's about making the best decisions in every hand. Drill that into your head.

Every single poker player in the entire world experiences this sort of thing on a regular basis. You are not the most unlucky player around.

And as stated above, % won is irrelevent, bb won is important.

Say you play a LAG style, take a lot of shots but know to fold when you are beaten. You might lose 90% of your hands for the cost of seeing a flop and the 10% you win, you stack someone. This would make you a very successful player.

Conversely you could be super tight and win 90% of your hands, but when you lose, you get stacked. This makes you very unsuccessful.

I know exactly what you are going through.. I play both PLO RUSH and 5NL and 10NL RUSH and I see the same thing all the time.. Either I get my AA cracked by T6o or I pick up the blinds.. Obv thats just one example.. As far as the A when you have KK(I am assuming this is what you mean) If I raised pre I will still bet the flop since I will have initiative and position and go from there.

There are alot of things going on at the tables besides just the cards. Once you learn more you should be able to make more money.. Now if only I could practice what I preach LOL
