Im entering the battle at the beaches $330 MTT last year had 1200+ entrants. I have a lot of experience with 180 person SnGs and IMO have mastered STTs I've never done a big field tourney though. Any advice?

Remember its a marathon. Particularly in the first few levels you want to be chipping up where you can, but avoid marginal situations committing a lot of chips. Its better to make a bad fold than bust out early.
