Does anyone here make a plan before playing a long hard session of online poker? Mircro stakes?

I have recently seen over and over that all the hardcore grinders, or at least all the great poker players make a plan. If so, or if anyone that reads this does, can you maybe give me a list of things you think about before hitting the tables?
Like do you think like " well, my last session I gave up too many turns etc", so now you are going to raise hard ?
