suppose I have KQs and i raise 3bb then i get re-raised to 10bb, do I call?

Depends on position and player. KQs plays different in a blinds vs button situation than it would in a EP open vs middle position raise.

or you could consider 4b. This is another way of looking at whether you should call a 3b or not

With no reads oop definately a fold. In EP I'd even fold pre.

I don't think you should be folding KQs pre even in a 10max game.

I'm rarely ever folding KQs to a 3bet in 6max unless its against a nit. If i'm OOP and villain doesn't have any postflop leaks then its a 4bet usually. If i'm IP its a snap call from nearly all positions(except maybe UTG but thats even a stretch).
