You played it absolutely fine. Maybe bet a little less than pot on the flop, but that's nit-picking. You have the 3rd nuts; if he has you beat on the flop then it's a cooler, and you still have outs to a full house.

The only thing you could have done was raise more pre.

Looks pretty standard you don't really wanna lay down a set on the flop. if he hit the straight that sucks.
