I would be super super surprised if he had straights here. His c/r ott means it's almost entirely trips and boats. And after his c/r ott, assuming I'm playing reasonably (meaning something like "not deciding to randomly bluff with ATC combos bc I feel like it") I don't have too many hands outside of 8x, straight draws (which either pair to the 9 and so don't jam river or got there and jam), trips (which only jam river if strong or boated), and some dd combos which bricked.

Fwiw what I'm saying about his range isn't necessarily endorsing it, it just so happens that his turn c/r turns his range extremely face up imo; some average reg will just about never c/r those draws ott (unless it's a super combo draw like 97dd or something, but even those hands raise flop some percentage and flat turn a large percentage as well).

No, I still play uPLO sometimes. In the same way I sometimes play 10c/20c triple draw games.

I think I prefer betting on the flop because villain will often fold a hand with overcards that has 25% equity against us. We can get value from FDs as well as 88 and the odd 7x hand. Though I think it's not much that we are getting value from and alot of his hands will be top pair type of hands. By checking he will have the option to check back with alot of hands that has 2 overcards against my hand.

Didn't see much point in betting the turn as there is not much to get value from anymore and most of his overcard/air hands already folded. I think he will bet all FDs when checked to but not sure if there is enough of those hands to call. Turn might be check fold?

I was tempted to call river just because it's less likely that he has a Q now but from experience people just don't bluff enough to make it a profitable call.

Plan is to deposit enough for 70 buyins for 3.50 sit and go's on the 31st. Get back to the $7's and crack the $15s

been playing on 888. put 10 on the site. currently up to like 47. i cashed like 10 bucks on one of those free rolls.

but mostly the 2/5nl snap games are pretty soft. theres a few regs but i have most of them tagged.

actually doing good for once, feels nice.

Guys, i cant decide where to play. help!

Pros and cons
Party- has good traffic, speed poker and i've never deposited before so can get 1st deposit bonus. No idea about skill level but i ppl to be better than at 888 and much much worse than at Stars.
888- really soft, ****e software, nonexistent rakeback, loads of traffic, no HUD with speed poker
Microgaming - soft, decent software, no speed poker runs, decent rakeback and deposit bonus.

I will play 25/50nl and play between 20k and 40k hands per month

*Stars is not an option

Pretty easy call pre.

As played really see no reason to cbet flop.

Really hard to find any bluffs for villain apart from AJs-AQs with backdoors of which we block with the Ad.

Not a fan of how you played this at all.

don't like the cbet. Value or bluff?

@Birdayy Do you think villain folds unsuited AQ otf?

AQo is pretty close imo OTF, think you gotta peel one.

--> we start betting AK some %, if we bet #16 he can prob just start raising every pair.
--> river gets close as he is incentivized to bluff some of his Ax floats.
