Playing micro donkaments.

Villain is playing 35/25 and an aggro fish . Has been raising and flatting opens a ton and not ever getting to showdown. He's either betting big or folding a ton..

Once you make that flop bet your basically committed as your not folding an overpair on this board against this opponent with a pot size stack left behind. I think I favour a x/c ott with the intention of calling a shove. By leading again you give villain a chance to get away from floats and the pps in his range.

Why are you clicking the pot button rather than thinking about your bet sizing? There's 10k in the pot and 28k left to bet, going 7000-7500 or so still leaves less than a pot sized bet on the turn and allows you to get value from people that might call that much but wouldn't call a pot bet. Unless, of course, your read is that he's a fish that will call a bunch, in which case why not just open jam the flop?

I felt that he was calling anybet so my thinking was that I wanted to get the chips in as quickly as possible. I would usually hit one of my pre selected pot % buttons.. likely the 60% one.. Also my thinking was that villain could possibly fold to a bigger bet relative to the pot size on later streets whereas he would be less likely to fold to a smaller jam relative to the pot size with any draw, pair plus draw type hand..

I don't think he would have called an open jam... however i could be wrong.

I think I prefer check-jamming the flop when it's multiway, as someone is likely to bet. Betting smaller and then jamming good turns is also fine. You're gonna lose a big pot here pretty often though. Between them, it's somewhat likely someone spiked a set.
