It just so happens that we should play pretty basic TAG and ABC at the micros, but that doesn't mean we should just be following a flowchart for every hand. And it's not because straightforward TAG is somehow "good" by default, it's because of the variables at the table!

2NL is general can be beaten with a very basic strategy true, I have never said otherwise.

I merely take issue with the notion that we should use a basic strategy which a) provides no building blocks for a better game or reasons for why we take certain actions and b) is horribly wrong.

Dan,

When I said in uNL that you ought to go back to BQ, I meant to ask questions, not to offer advice. You're not yet good at the theoretical side of poker. Feel free to offer advice on the mental game WHEN SOMEBODY ASKS, because you are genuinely good at that side of things, but learn more before offering advice.

I'm a bit wary about suggesting that you don't offer advice because 'have a go' is a great thing IMO, but I think you should start adding disclaimers considering several excellent posters (Dunce, Mr Blonde being the most significant in this thread due to their proven results) have told you that your advice isn't very good.
