Thank you, wolf.

There's three hands that can beat yours on the flop:

- Quads: villain holds pocket 3's
- Full house: villain pocket T's
- Trips: villain has a 3 as a very low kicker with a suited ace
- 2pair: villain has T with a higher kicker: ace.. could also likely have JT or T9.. which you would have beat

Hands that could beat you by showdown that are included above:
- Flush: Any two cards with clubs

One thing you have to keep in mind is that you are the short stack and really shouldn't be putting yourself in these situations where you don't even have second nuts. It's going to be pretty difficult to put any heat on these players because you can't come down on them with the hammer if they miss their flush. They have you covered x4, and a chance to felt a short-stack and send you home.

Now on to the hand: again this is a situation I wouldn't want to be in as SS, but the pot-sized bet is good on the flop. This will get many flush draws to fold. You're in position and with no play against you on turn when you hit the higher 2pair another pot-sized bet isn't all too horrible, it just leaves you with nowhere to go. You're pretty much AI with a pot-sized bet on the turn. I might have made that value bet a little thin considering you're putting in over ~85% of your stack and check/folded the river if a club or ace came. If it's a blank, I look at calling a small bet from the villain. The reason being that a smallish bet could also be an indication that they might have the only hands you beat that also catch the flop: JT, T9, AT, and possibly, but unlikely to have called the flop: QT.

So to cap, the only thing I don't think I agree with is the turn bet. Too large given the high possibility that you've already been beat and have a chance to be beat again on the river with the flush.. which of course you'd have to fold to any club because you gave them the right odds if you bet thin on the turn or checked.

Now that I think about it I'm not exactly whey you were playing with KT short-stacked and all, even on the button. A call behind could easily be pocket tens so if a T flops, they're hitting trips. KK would have 3bet you but AK might not have hitting TPTK, or 2PGK is still not anything to be exciting about. Going for the flush as a SS with a dominated hand is no good either. All and all, KT is not very EV+ hand even if you hit and especially if you get played at or called down with a pot-sized bet as a short-stack in a tourney.

tl;dr: Advice is not to play KTs as SS in a tourney (EV-) and give top 2P so much credit.

You don't want to limp with this hand preflop. You're looking for 2 pair or a flush with this hand. Every other connection on the board could very well be a dominated hand. If you want to get in this pot, I would raise. But honestly, I wouldn't even be in the pot with KTs or offsuit. It's just too easily dominated and a good flop is few and far between. Your only hope is FE at this point but your blinds are still to small to make that happen effectively with a stack way bigger than yours.

There are some huge nits ITT!

Folding preflop is best. I bet less on flop, like 175, and then 600ish on turn and shove river if checked to. When he shoves youre in a really ****ty spot since a club is the worse card possible but Im not folding. As played I shove the turn to get value from worse two pair hands and flush draws.
