How to remember how many hands they played?

how do you keep a running count of how many hands have been played + how many hands the player has played?

any methods for this? I always lose count after a few hands.

I don't, I just keep an eye out on who roughly is in lots of pots and who isn't

i do that allready too. won donkaments online and live playing like that. its all luck.

If you see someone play K8 from middle position, you can probably assume they aren't folding any better hands on the button. Just look at what hands go to showdown and assume they play all better hands until proven wrong.
