Hi,
I am new player (about 5-6k hands). I play FL and few days ago started testing PT3. Can you help me, which stats are most useful, and how can I divide players into fish, TAG and other groups useing their stats? I`ll be grateful for any help

not to sure bout fixed limit but in NL the fish are the players with high vpip and low pfr and players with a high range between vpip and pfr, also the ag is valuable, its worked out by something like, hands call vs hands raised. not to sure but basically the higher the number the more aggressive, the lower the more passive.

Yeah it's the same for FL. Do you play 6-max or full ring?

6-max good stats for low limits are somewhere around 28/20 for VPIP and PFR.

Any PFR below about 14 is really good for you. A VPIP above 40 is also really good for you.

Basically you should be looking for the players who are 60 VPIP 0 PFR, since there should be plenty of them at the low limits. They're the worst.

Yeah check out the small-stakes shorthanded forum. There's a sticky at the top detailing some things about stats, as well as tons of other useful stuff.

I was watching my opponent`s stats today, and I can see, that a lot of them has PFR 0...But also vpip very low. I don`t know how to play against them, cause each time they raise, I should expect that they`re holding monster or nuts (correct me if I am wrong).
My today session was +, and I am slowly prepareing to go to higher limit - 0,25/0,50 - and I hope there`ll be less maniacs...

You're right for the most part. These opponents (low VPIP, low PFR) should be pretty rare at the micros. The best way to beat them is to loosen up your own game and start raising more hands. Basically you can assume that they are an empty seat and raise as if they aren't there. If they wake up to a hand, then you get out of the way if the flop misses.
