hey im just wondering how to post images...it says insert image but then it says to give a URL site which i dont have because its on my pictures which has no URL...i also tried to copy and paste

can anyone plz tell me?

The first thing you need to do is save whatever image you want to use onto your computer.

Next, you need to "host" your image online. There are several free sites that do this, I use imageshack.us.

After it is hosted, the hosting site will provide you with the url to your pic. On imageshack, use the url that says "direct link to image" for an unmodified copy of it.

When posting, paste the url between img tags like this:

[i-m-g]put url here[/i-m-g]

(remove the "-" symbols from your tags so it reads img, not i-m-g.)
