How long would 300 dollars last someone, on average, playing at a 1-2 NL table in atlantic city. I'm slightly below average, I'm going for a friends birthday, not to make money, so I want to see how much cash i'd need, Ive heard, from a few of the other guys that are going, that on the 1-2 tables most times preflop raises can easily be around 10-15, so if i want to play 3 sessions and buy in for 100 each time, and I'm calling a 10+ dollar pre-flop raises its more like I'm playing on a 2-5 table than a 1-2 and 300 dollars wouldnt be enough, is this true?

im no pro or anything but last time i went to the casino and bought in at 100 it wasnt enough, i was shortstacked it was hard to play. the people that are there are gonna have 400+ and ur gonna get outstacked pretty bad. if you are a below average player why would you go to knowingly lose your money, you have just as good a chance to win in slots at that point..
why not just save your money get better and then go play, or just not spend 300 and spend 100 on slots or something lol.. if youre below average 300 will probably not last you very long
