How many hands should be analyzed during a study session?

If I take one day a week to study my hand history, what is the total number of hands that can be effectively studied? 100? 500? 1000?
I understand that there are many factors involved in a study session. I have books and training videos that have been digested thoroughly and I have recently downloaded HEM2 as well as a simple equity calculator. Thank you in advance for any input.

I think consistent practice is the best. You don't have to do a lot, as long as it's consistent. Probably for every hour of play, there's about 1-2 hands I was interested in, though I play live, so it may come out to a hand per a table. When I play HU online an single table, there's like 3-4 hands an hour that I want to go back and check out, and maybe only 1 hand that really needs some deeper analysis.

I think this isn't the right question. It' quality, not quantity.
I'll tell you my approach. You can also see how I do it in some of my youtube videos. But basically I mark hands I wasn't sure about during play. Then the next day I review all of them. It can be anywhere from 10 to 50 hands. Some of them I just speed through, and some I'll spend more time on trying to get in Villain's head and figure out his range street by street. And usually there are 2 or 3 for which I bust out the equilab and an EV spread sheet in excel. Some hands I end up posting here.
When I notice a leak that I have, I'll write about it, put it in my list of leaks, which I review before playing each session.

I usually review biggest (pot size) loosers and winners and work my way down. Agree with above poster about marking hands I wasn't sure about and than reviewing those also.
