How do i find out a persons 3-bet preflop stat?

Is there a program that tells me this stat... how often a person 3-bets preflop?? In poker tracker 2 it does not show this and I am wondering if there is a program out there that will do this... I know you can somewhat tell by how often they call from blinds and how often they call your raise but its not very accurate this way i dun think..

The new trackers (Holdem Manager, PT3 etc) have 3bet stats
