I think I might check back rivers too much, what is a good way to filter that in HM2. I can't get it right.

Tried : VPIP=TRUE, IP=TRUE, RIVERCBETPOSSIBLE=TRUE, RIVERCBETMADE=FALSE

And a couple of other settings, but I end up getting different results then what I want. Do you guys understand what I mean or am I simply not explaining myself good enough here

I don't have HEM on this PC, but your filters are "too tight" to get many hands to look at.
I think HEM only calls it a river c-bet if you had the opportunity to triple-barrel (i.e. you c-bet the flop and turn)

From the list of filters and (long list of) actions possible, I think you only need
Saw river = true
IP = true
river action = check
