Hey i'm 18 5nl reg hoping to grind is up, current bankroll $205. Taking shots at higher stakes when i have 5 buy ins and moving down when i lose them

Are you talking about taking shots when you have 20 BIs at your current level + 5BIs of the level you wish to take the shot at? If so, then that isn't too bad, but I would prefer you having a minimum of 30 BIs at your current level + 5BIs of the level you wish to take the shot at. There are various schools of thought on shot taking, in fact there are a few charts around here on that subject...
