I have no stats on this guy. My thinking first is i have a good hand so raise right? I did not like the flop though. Should i bet it? Sometimes these guys have almost anything when they are limping but i decided to take it easy to see who wins but when I hit my extra 9 i am happy right? But this guy is too stupid to bet big and make me fold so I lose a big hand.

The 8 times the big blind raise pre-flop is maybe slightly large (1 to 2 big blinds large), but it seems fine.

I like the flop check and probably call if he bets unless he overbets a lot.

Betting the turn and river looks good, but maybe bet a little more on the turn relative to the size of the pot and a little less on the river relative to the size of the pot. Definitely snap call his river shove. You only need to be good a little less than 25% of the time and you are good way more often that that. I would say that you almost always have the best hand here.
