Timing tells are fairly useful in HU, I find, or in some situations vs regs or fish too.

You can't be to fast about it when you have a hand because someone is bound to pick up on it and when you have a hand you are unsure of the long delay will all them to crush you by coming over the top.

The typical timing tells are almost always 100% accurate against the guy who is playing one table at the micro stakes. insta bet means draw, long time means marginal, ect.

Fail. FAR too many valid reasons to pause before action (taking a drink, multi-tabling, actually thinking about how to play the hand, etc.) to draw any sort of conclusion.
