Im currently grinding 5NL 12 tables.Ive done about 25K hands so far. I need some advice with regard to using Pokertracker to improve
game. (about -$40 at the mo).

Stats im interested in are limping preflop (both folding to a raise/ amount won), calling river bets, calling too much.

Or just any info advice to improve my game using the reports etc

There are several guides available in the "documentation" section of the PT3 website as well as some helpful guides in the FAQ section of the forums.

Also, the following 2+2 threads are worth a good read if you want to learn more about the statistics and how to interpret them (the threads are written for PT2, but the information in them is still mostly accurate):
