I have $5 on PS and $110 on FT. I mostly play $5.50, $3.80ST, $2.25T SNGs on FT. I started with $150 on FT and now I am at $110 (in 20 days). Please advice me what should I play on both sites to increase my bankroll?

With your bankroll I think you should keep trying to grind the SnG's. The microstakes rake on FT can be killer, and the low buy-in SnG's are pretty beatable. If you haven't read it, I would check out Colin Moshman's book on SitNGo play, it will dramatically improve your game.
If you're going to play consistently on FT, make sure you try and get rakeback, it is very important in helping your bankroll overall.
