Help interpreting stats/leaks

I started playing Poker exactly a month ago, obsessed with it at the moment. I've made my way through the pokercoaching fundamentals course and I'm currently working my way through the RunItOnce from the ground up course.
So I've got a sample of 17k micro 6-max cash game hands in the free trial of DriveHUD. I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction of identifying leaks/areas of improvement.
Total Hands: 17898
bb/100: -12/100
VPIP%: 23%
PFR%: 16%
3BET: 7.5%
Call 3Bet: 65% (I'm guessing this is way too high, was pretty shocked after seeing it)
Agg%: 18%
AF: 0.95
CBET: 34%
4BET Range: 3.07
BB/100 per Position (thought this was interesting so included it)
SB: -15.7
BB: -61.3
EP: -0.8
MP: +7.2
CO: -10
BU: +7.6
It might be hard to tell without seeing the rest of the stats, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is a very small sample size, but couple of things stand out. You need to be much more aggresive post flop. I see your agg factor is 0.95, that is extremely low(it needs to be atleast 2.5). You have to cbet much more ( The minimum cbeting % for flop is about 65%). When it comes to 3 betting, 7,5 is a good number but you have to pick your spots for 3 bet carefuly.Observe your opponents and if they fold alot to 3 bets then you can 3 bet a little bit lighter and vice versa.

There is a sticky at the top of this forum that explains stats and helps you find leaks.
