I just played heads up normally for a long time but i heard somewhere when your opponents down to 500 chips or less u should be shoving any Ax any Kx should my range be any wide and im guessin the same applies to the endgame when the blinds are high?

Depends on the number of blinds your opponent has. try to think of stacks in numbers of blinds rather than absolute numbers, as it give much more information about spots, and should help in decision making.

if you have 10x their chips (or more) you can shove ATC

Lol chad that is so wrong. I mean I guess you 'can' shove ATC but the real question is is it profitable.
Imagine 5/10 blinds opponent has 5000 chips and you have 50,000 chips. Profitable to shove ATC?
